JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Essential Functions: * Provides excellent customer service to customers, team members and vendors.

  • Greets all customers.
  • Provides a fast and effective check-out transaction.
  • Answers company phone.
  • Stocks items around check-out counter.
  • Cuts keys for customers.
  • Cleans/sweeps store.
  • Makes sure outdoor area is clean and sale signs are visible.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established store policies and procedures.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Conduct cycle counts and price changes.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Should be able to lift 20 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years working in a retail environment.
