Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the day to day management of our beautiful DFO Homebush store. With energy, the Store Manager will motivate and inspire our team of Retail professionals to achieve their sales targets, provide coaching and development and undertake a range of administrative duties from roster planning to stock-taking and will ensure that every interaction is one where our shoppers feel special.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to our shoppers.
  • Provide training, coaching and development to the Retail team.
  • Undertake daily administrative duties including, roster-planning, daily targets, end of day reporting.
  • Prepare and lead store stock-takes, and management VM changes.

Candidates will have demonstrated experience in leading teams, and implementing mechanisms to achieve store KPI's and have an understanding of factors that impact productivity. Candidates will have had experience in an outlet environment, have a flexible approach and will be a diligent self-starter, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
