Reporting to our Commercial Director, you will support the business in its growth journey across the region. This is an amazing opportunity to join an international business set for global expansion.

You will be working from the brand store in Sydney and will be the face of the brand across the region. With a small (but growing) team behind you, you will provide an 'experience' around sales, being the product expert, assisting with the process from beginning to end, answering inquiries, and driving the marketing/PR events in relation to the brand.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Growing the Sydney store and team from its current location in Surrey Hills into a full-fledged experience & flagship store
  • Responsible for all sales reporting, tracking sales and inquiries
  • Assist with online inquiries portal, being on top of it all, following up all processes
  • Work with our commercial director in growing the brand's awareness and develop partnerships and other commercial leads.

· Make each customer's store experience one to remember being an absolute expert in your field


  • 2+ years of experience in retail, customer support, or marketing role.
  • A strong interest or background in lifestyle bikes or eBikes would be highly beneficial
  • Clear and engaging communication
  • Being an energetic and results-driven salesperson
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • An energetic, positive thinker who goes over and above for the customer
  • A proactive, out of the box thinker who is creative and autonomous
