Join us as our Training & Education Manager– supporting our Pharmacy team! Sitting in our Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Pharmacy you will ultimately develop and deliver external training courses, programs & Category / Brand presentations. This will target the goals of Improving RB Engagement with key customers and groups; as well to drive Brand & Product loyalty.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Execute instore training and Education Program for Retail Pharmacy including large group / small group retail banner training and product sampling that builds instore brand advocacy for RB brand portfolio.
• Assist Pharmacy Team Members in maintaining & developing HCP relationships with key stakeholders by ensuring store member and buying team category / product knowledge is up to date and accurate
• Assist Pharmacy Account Team Members with key customer presentations and other support functions with product knowledge
• Assist marketing team with the provision of latest updates via insights from key stakeholders across key targets. Assist in the capture of key market information & intelligence and actively participate in the Plan presentations.
• Work with the Head of Pharmacy and other Field leadership members to drive the delivery of product training and best practice workshops at Team meetings
• Working closely cross functionally across Australia and New Zealand, building strong relationships.

… you have a strong understanding of the Pharmacy trade and how it operates with a proven track record in retail sales… You know how to influence! You have proven experience in engaging customers (including key figures in customer organisations) such as Pharmacists, Retail Managers and Pharmacy Assistants. Healthcare is a passion of yours and you have gained experience working with Healthcare products in a Training/Education setting or perhaps an Account Management position. You are strong on coaching, negotiation and able to influence others with your knowledge and passion, enabling them to strengthen their skills. You are results orientated, self-motivated and resilient person who has good business partnering skills…You have demonstrable critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail…most importantly, you like a challenge!
