This company is a successful Buying/ Retail and Marketing Group that has operated in the Petrol & Convenience Market for over 20 years and requires a Full-time Brand Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team.
 
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven, enthusiastic Brand Manager to join our team here at New Sunrise at a time where we are experiencing considerable growth. It also is an opportunity for you to join a business that supports your ability to make your mark in delivering transformational growth.
Require an experienced Brand Manager to analyse our current existing branding model and take it to the next level in order to implement our brand across our current network of over 1,000 petrol stations & convenience stores. As well as develop this brand into a recognisable and reliable brand across Australia and in particular to stores not within our program to in turn grow our current network.

The Branding team will be made up of yourself and our in-house designer whose role is dedicated solely to the design/presentation of the branding strategies. You will be the manager of this in-house designer and report directly to the Managing Director. You will work closely day-to-day with the in-house designer on the strategy and brand design for each store as well as have final say of what design is presented to our Managing Director and then to the customer.

The role at times will require traveling interstate to potential sites in order to communicate/plan the branding strategy to be implemented. You will be assisted on the above by our field team of regional development managers of which you will work closely and have frequent communication with.
 
Key Competencies:

  • Excellent organisational skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, numerous projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Experience with long documents, using paragraph styles, object styles, and master pages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic, self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Brand direction, management, and strategy experience
  • Agency, digital, and direct best practice
