  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team. Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
  • Selling products and taking orders.
  • Arranging services for customers, for example, answering phone call and take the order.
  • Processing complaints and, if appropriate, issuing refunds.
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database (If require).
  • Taking payments by cash, cheque or credit card and Basic Card.
  • Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Shopping and banking; advising to operation manager or director how we can improve our business.
