  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work up to 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and for a mixture of weekday shifts


We have a number of different positions within our Sales department for both temporary and permanent roles. These are all part-time positions for either 40 or 60 hours per fortnight.

As Sales Co-worker, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Across all areas, this will involve actively approaching customers and understanding their needs in order to sell suitable solutions for them
  • Within the Kitchens team, this would involve supporting customers with their kitchen design process using the kitchen planning tool and accessory workshop. You will build strong relationships with the customer throughout their planning journey
  • Within the Business team, you will build long term relationships with IKEA for Business customers to establish IKEA for Business as the first and preferred destination for furnishing businesses through understanding the local market, business customers and their business needs
  • Ensuring your area is always tidy and presentable
  • Supporting other Sales areas and within the business when required
