The company includes a number of strategic businesses including HVAC, Irrigation, Onsite, Civil and its flagship Bathroom Life showrooms.

Viadux Townsville has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support person to assist our growing business and become an integral part of our dynamic growing team!

Duties for the role include but are not limited to:

  • Answering of telephone enquiries from our customer base.
  • Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
  • Generating customer quotations.
  • Tender tracking for large commercial projects.
  • Maintaining our CRM system for efficient internal communications.
  • Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
  • Inputting Sales Orders & following up with suppliers.
  • Process customer requests for delivery / release of orders.
  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
  • Completing external sales through quality customer development.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required.
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures.
  • Being a supportive team member.
  • Have extensive customer service experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience working in a construction related supply industry highly regarded.
  • Someone who is looking for career progression and is driven and self-motivated.
