Your New Role.......

The Compliance Officer will ensure that Fantastic Furniture conducts its business processes in compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, international standards, and accepted business practices.

The role will execute and design control systems, advise management on possible risks that might occur, and develop/assess policy and tools to ensure compliance across the business. It will also lead with best practice frameworks, policy development and monitoring ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to promote business excellence.

About You

You will have previous Compliance leadership experience across risk assessment, identification, analysis, planning, monitoring, reporting, and controlling.

Comprehensive knowledge of policies, standards, controls, regulations, monitoring, evaluation, review, and reports associated with auditing.

Experience contributing to board reporting

IPO experience and ASX listed experience with full comprehension of the influences of the external compliance environment of a listed organisation would be advantageous.

Retail experience preferred!
