We are seeking a VM Specialist (internally known as a Point of Sale & Store Support Specialist) to join our Visual Merchandising/ Marketing team based at our Store Support Centre (Head Office) in Brisbane. In this role you will support the team with POS (Point of Sale) creation, POS (Point of Sale) management and ordering, Campaign POS (Point of Sale) development and daily store support.

About the Role

No two days will ever be the same in this role! Reporting to the National VM Manager, you will be responsible but not limited to the below:

  • Creation of Tickets and POS (Point of Sale) for stores
  • Creation of Banners, Signage and other business needs
  • Distribution of all POS (Point of Sale)
  • Re-ordering and managing POS (Point of Sale)
  • Owning the Visual Merchandising help desk with store emails and support
  • Implementation of In-store Procedures and Guidelines
  • Liaising with the Buying and Marketing Team on a weekly/ daily basis for retail changes
  • Innovation of new fixtures, fittings and store signage concepts

You’ll be creating the materials to support our in-store teams to execute their VM standards with success. This role is based in an office environment, however, will include occasional visits to stores.

This is an entry level support role, and suitable for someone looking to take the next step in their career! Strong knowledge with design programs such as Indesign & the Adobe Suite is a must, as you will be using these programs daily. This role would be suitable to a recent design graduate or someone with instore Visual Merchandising/ Signage studio experience.
