The Woolworths Customer Fulfillment Centres are large format fulfilment operations that pick, pack and dispatch Woolworths Online orders across the Melbourne metro area. Our CFCs operate a fast paced environment to tight deadlines with large teams in a hybrid warehouse style operation that feels like a large scale supermarket but without the customers. Roles in a CFC will require all team members to work in cold chambers below 5 degrees for periods of their shifts and are physical roles requiring bending, lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 20 kilos.

We currently have the following casual opportunities available within our CFC team:

  • Online Personal Shopper
  • Replenishment Team Member
  • Dispatch Team Member

All positions will start casually working between 5 and 36 hours per week based on availability and business needs. This position will require a functional assessment as part of the recruitment process.
