The Purpose
Bayer’s Radiology business is a world leading diagnostic imaging solutions provider. We understand where treatment starts - with you (Radiologists). Our Radiology team provide complete solutions to optimise efficiency in CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine for today, and tomorrow’s, imaging environment.

Radiology ANZ is an innovative and unique business within Bayer. Our technology has won numerous international awards and we are market leaders in the fields of MRI, CTCV and molecule imaging. We are dedicated to advancing radiology solutions for healthcare professionals for aide early diagnosis to improve patient treatment and health outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Radiology ANZ, the Customer Operations Manager is a leadership role focusing on delivering sustainable service to our businesses and its customers. The role is responsible for managing, directing and collaborating with other Bayer departments including Commercial modality heads, product supply and external organizations.

Role responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Operations in order/customer support management
  • Improve service levels to customers
  • Identify and implement solutions to deliver improved service provided to the business
  • Collaborate with each business to drive credit management improvements and reduction of risks
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the order to cash area to add value to each model, current and new
  • Establish policies and guidelines and make recommendations to management regarding the customer order management and support service delivered, both externally and internally
  • Perform root cause analysis of Order to Cash transactional environment, such as order entry errors, and develop and implement solution to resolve or mitigate performance and quality issues
  • Reporting of customer service performance, including reviews with relevant functions within each division
  • Ensure compliance with local and global policies and procedure
  • Develop and implement efficiencies and KPIs in the complete order to cash process
  • Budget management
Who you are
Highly capable and skilled with demonstrated expertise at managing customer service and/or credit team you have adopted of innovation and technology that improves performance and customer satisfaction.

You are a supportive and engaging leader who motivates and inspires teams to drive for results. You are passionate at developing your teams to continuously build skills and create career opportunities.

This role will require your excellent project and change management skills. You are commercially minded and bring an agile approach to work.

Experience with working on SAP is highly desirable.
