Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of 35 permanent part time Experts who are responsible for the active demonstration of products in the floor-care, personal care (beauty) and environmental control categories at weekends in key retailer's stores.
  • Focus on creating a high performing team, to drive sales of products through retail partner stores.
  • Work closely with 3rd party experts' team communicating sales performance, company objectives and product knowledge.
  • Create a high performing team of product Experts and through regular coaching and 1:1 sessions, enabling them to exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive sales conversion and compliance across the product range and provide regular, clear communication to the team keeping them aligned to the companies sales strategy and creating a cohesive link between senior management
  • Provide detailed insights and a weekly feedback report to the business sales leadership team on the overall performance of the team and stores group, detailing any variance to expectation

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelors degree in business or a related field is desirable
  • This Organisation's store Experts work every weekend, therefore as the Regional Manager, your work week is Thursday to Monday, working every weekend
  • Experience in training, coaching and leading a high performing team within FMCG/Consumer Durables
  • Demonstrated people management experience within the retail space
  • Proven delivery of consistent sales results, ideally within the FMCG/Consumer Durable Industry
  • Experience in customer relations and negotiations
  • Evidence of budget control and can demonstrate financial acumen
  • Travel across VIC and WA will be required and will require multiple nights' accommodation in WA each month
