Position: Shop Manager

Type: Full Time – 38 Hours/week

Salary: $62000-72000 per annum + superannuation

We are currently looking for an experience Manager to oversee two of our stores in ACT.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the primary responsibilities are:

  • Maintaining key relationships with Area Manager, Support office team, Retail Center Managements & other stores within the retail centers.
  • Interviewing and selection of shop members and supervisors.
  • Rostering including all breaks in accordance with company policy.
  • Overseeing the performance and quality of services provided by each shop members.
  • Reviewing the sales performance of shop(s) services and product turnover volume – Recommend and undertake repricing valuation or further promote & market underperforming services and products in accordance with market sentiment and profit margins.
  • Reporting and recommend sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Recommend staffing and seasonal promotional budget.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure each shop do not undergo any shortages.
  • Liaising with suppliers and Franchise office for stock ordering and any relevant matters.
  • Ensure all shop members are aware and in compliance to occupational health and safety regulation as well as Mister Minit’s internal workplace safety and procedure policies.
  • Dealing with escalated customer queries and complaints.

As when required:

  • Coaching and support for incoming & new franchise owners to achieve overall financial targets and operating standards in accordance with Mister Minit’s Company Policies and Procedures
  • Customer service providing sales and quotation to customers.
  • Undertake shop services as when other shop members are occupied.

Requirements:

  • Qualification – Diploma of Business / Management or higher.
  • Relevant experience – Minimum 3 years retail management.
  • Track record of leadership and management skills is required.
  • At least one trade knowledge and experience of our provided services is highly preferred.
