What you will be responsible for:

  • Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone and via email from consumers automotive retail trade customers and automotive dealers.
  • Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists' customers.
  • Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale.
  • Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets.
  • Continuously liaising with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to ARB's high standards and customer specifications.
  • Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
  • Providing support and backup for the Branch Manager.
  • Stocktake.
  • Aftersales service/warranty.
  • Provide technical assistance.
  • Stock ordering
