The role of Corporate E-Store Executive will oversee and manage operations of the ecommerce platform and management of inventory for the site. The role will support the National Retail Operations and Marketing Manager by ensure that the Corporate E Store 's functionality is maintained and that the consumer experience is seamless.

This role will develop strong relationships with Store Leaders, Regional Teams and Creative teams to ensure marketing programs are launched on time and are executed in line with best practice.

Qualifications

Required skills and experience

  • Strong track record of managing and maintain an ecommerce platform
  • Experience working with Retail Point of Sale Systems / Platforms
  • Experience in developing and executing online marketing strategies
  • Experience with reporting and being able to use data to make informed business decisions
  • Confidence working with a degree of autonomy
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail organization or beauty industry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Well organized; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Team player with self-initiative; exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, demonstrating continuous improvement is a must.
  • High standards of customer care
  • Your ability to prioritise, organise and follow up key concerns will ensure you execute your tasks thoroughly so that all issues are addressed and managed with success.
  • Solution orientated, having an excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels.
