About the role: 

We have an exciting role available for a Brand Manager to join our Herschel and Stance Wholesale Team. Reporting to the General Manager of Wholesale your responsibilities will include leading and managing the team of Account Managers for the Wholesale Business and delivering sales of relevant brands to assigned Wholesale Customers / Accounts. You will also be responsible for managing the distribution of Herschel and Stance for Accent group and its commercial components.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and Lead the Wholesale Account Managers every day to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Range and facilitate the Sell In of future product ranges, for our wholesale customers and retail buying teams, and ensure orders are met within the right timelines.
  • Deliver the brand strategies, product stories and key commercial objectives for each season to the wholesale customers, account managers and retail buying teams.
  • Be responsible and accountable for wholesale stock levels across the key metrics of each brand.
  • Oversee the order book management to wholesale customers and drive the sales of free stock to ensure maximum sales to accounts are achieved.
  • Assist and work with the retail teams, specifically in regard to our buying and trading areas to drive strong commercial outcomes for the brand within the retail business.
  • Deliver consistent communication with key personal at our wholesale accounts. This would be done through Buying/Showroom visits, in store visits, online views, phone calls, video calls, emails and texts.
  • Own and support the negotiation, completion and overall delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale businesses Key Commercial objectives.
  • Deliver consistent communication and information, in line with requirements, to our principal brands and their key personal. This would be done through Global Conference, Principal Visits, and general phone calls, video calls, emails and texts.
  • Help to Manage costs of the Wholesale Business by being diligent and within budget for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, ensuring profitability for the brand and wholesale business.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated 5 + years of experience of Sales and Brand Management
  • Understand retail, apparel & footwear product, supported by sufficient business skills.
  • University degree in business with a sales and management focus is preferable.
  • Industry Exposure – Sales, Retail, Sports, Apparel, Account Management.
