  • Hours: Full-time 12-month contract with the opportunity for extension
  • Roster: We currently operate on a rotating roster between 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday
  • Training: 4 weeks of full-time training

  • Work From Home: this role will initially be work from home although there may be a requirement to work from the office if the business requires it - IT equipment will be provided to perform your role at home
  • Hourly Rate: $22.22/hr plus super and penalty rates
  • Start Date: 22nd February 2021

What are we looking for?
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Flexibility with rostering and availability
  • Wired broadband connection with fast and reliable internet speed
  • Must have a private/secure and safe workspace available
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Ability to visit our Brisbane CBD office when/if required i.e. to pick up equipment.
  • Experience working with KPI's or targets
  • Resilience and openness to feedback
  • Previous experience in an operational, service, or helpdesk support environment
