Retail Services is a specialist team providing recruitment services to Field Marketing companies within the Clemenger Group in Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join the National team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partnerships within the telecommunications industry.

About the Role

Working on one of our key client accounts, this role provides support in client service and all field based activity.

We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast paced environment. As the Client Service Manager you will be accountable for program operations, program reporting and field planning and you will always be looking for solutions to meet client's expectations and adapting to changing client requirements. Time management and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role so if you can handle and work under pressure you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity!

Role Requirements

  • Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
  • Communication management and supervision of client and field priorities
  • Work closely with the Client Service Director to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a client or sales management role is desired
  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded particularly within telecommunications or FMCG
  • Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
